Nea has been bottoming for rope since late 2017. They mainly tie with Blue, who is an evil sadistic rope top, but often describes their style of rope as queer rope.

Due to numerous injuries, EDS, two knee surgeries, and weird nerve placement on one side of their body, Nea and Blue have done a lot of work to adapt rope to their body. While they might not look physically disabled or chronically ill in the pictures posted on FetLife and Instagram, they struggle with chronic pain and illness daily. Between their background in ballet and their disabilities, they’ve developed a passion for teaching about body mechanics and awareness. Nea got into rope because they found rope pretty and they stayed because they loved the strength they found in bottoming for rope. Nea started assisting with RING by being a test student for Emma and Virgil as they practiced Rope 101 for the first time.

From there they continued to show up to classes and soon after stepped into the role of instructor. Since they’re first time assisting with classes in December 2017 they’ve continued to assist in the development and teaching of RING classes.
